On Friday, the whole school (with the exception of Reception Class) boarded a number of coaches for a memorable trip to London.
To launch our whole school learning experience "A Day at a Museum," staff and parents accompanied six classes of children to four different London museums - the British Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the Museum of Childhood.
Whilst each child will have had a different experience of the day, memories must surely include seeing the dinosaurs, being marvelled at the mummies, spotting the Big Ben and traversing London Bridge.
This amazing, inclusive trip was made possible by the tireless work of the staff and parent helpers. Full credit must, however, go to our children - who were, without exception, impeccably behaved throughout the day.
Now, to answer the question... "What makes a good museum?"
